Mystery Snails X10 (approx. dime size) Gold, Jade Ivory and Walnut (sorry no blue) Our snails are very healthy and happy. We feed a well balanced diet of sinking pellets, algae wafers, dried duck weed and green beans and more. They have good strong shells because in addition to our naturally hard water we provide calcium and crushed oyster shell on a regular basis. The owner of my LFS said they are the best Mystery snails he has ever seen.
It has taken a long time and a lot of tlc to grow these snails to a good size. I want them to arrive safe and sound for you to enjoy. Please ensure someone is home for delivery or have them held at the PO for pickup. If it is too cold or too hot at time of shipping I reserve the right to hold your order for better conditions.
Once they arrive treat them like you would fish being introduced into your aquarium. Then give them a day to figure out what has happened before becoming concerned. By the time you get them they will have been in the dark for at least a couple days.
I only ship Mystery Snails Monday-Wednesday to help prevent any delays.
In the sad event of a doa you must notify me within 24 hours of delivery and provide a satisfactory picture proving the animal is dead. Please allow snails to adjust to their new home and remember if the trap door is closed the snail is still alive. After we verify your snail is dead, we will make adjustment.
My snails may not be the cheapest price, but they are a great value. Priority shipping and an insulated box give your snails the best chance of arriving safe and sound. Heat or cold packs provided as needed.
