    Description

This motorcycle project has been passed from owner to owner and can be documented with a little effort on line.  I do not know all of this bikes history but I believe it was built by Dan Hanebrink  of Monotrack Engineering fame.
I know that he built several unusual motorcycles.   It appears that this frame started out as a Husqvarna GP frame and was altered to fit the Suzuki T500  engine and the gas tank and seat.  The gas tank is not the usual tank seen on Hanebrink motorcycles but I believe it is original to the build based on how well that it fits.
The swingarm is a mystery to me. There is no provision for wheel adjustment at the axle. Instead the adjustments are made at the swingarm. the point where the swingarm attaches to the frame is slotted.  See the picture.  The frame and swingarm look very sound and straight .
The Suzuki motor fits the frame but needs to have the attachment points fabricated and welded to the frame at the front motor mount. There were attachment brackets but they did not line up so I removed them.
The Suzuki engine needs a total rebuild but the parts all look good except for one bent rod.  A T500 engine can be very fast. Please see the site ozebooks.com/suzi.  It is not my site but is a very helpful site.  Thank you
The Norton Seat knobs are NOT included. I just used them to mock things up
It comes with  newly fabricated exhaust pipes.  The rust is only surface rust.
It comes with the parts shown and both the front and rear magnesium Monotrack16" wheels.  It did have a Ceriani fork at one time but it was separated from the bike before I took ownership .
Sold on a Bill of Sale only
I will ship anywhere in the lower 48 states but all costs and arrangements are the buyers responsibility .   I will build a wood crate at an extra cost.
Any questions please ask.  This motorcycle really should be in a museum .
