1960 Royal Enfield 1960 Royal Enfield FURY

Here we have a very rare Royal Enfield FURY. Only a few were made for the US market only. Everything stripped cleaned and repaired with new parts as required.  Matching original numbers. Frame 16143 Engine 3401 Gearbox AGD 144. Even the magneto is the original Lucas racing dated 1959.
Big end bearing is the full race Torrington conversion, flywheels re balanced. Gearbox only needed fine adjustment to neutral finder which now works perfectly. Primary drive and Clutch all as new. Front forks fitted new seals and bushes, note the special breathers fitted only on the racers.
Wheels overhauled, new seals rims and brake shoes.
Petrol tank does not have the chrome side panels because they are currently out of stock. All rocker gear in perfect order, cams are the original original FURY spec.  The Amal GP race carburettor is replaced with a far more practical 1 3/8 Monobloc that results in easy starting and steady idle.
Very few of these racers were made and are now most collectable. The bike would be easy to convert to street spec. It is currently registered as an off road vehicle.
