there is NO title and i can NOT get one,i will sign any document that you provide. there are no serial numbers on engine and frame serial numbers are almost gone but they appear to read ?37 so thats why i am listing as 37 . but i do not know what year or years make up this bike please do your own research to determine year and originaliity . please call 7407035780 and i will answer any questions.engine is stuck , both wheels turn and it rolls and steers freely. this is a total major restoration or parts project
