This premium quality flat black / white elastic band has soft and durable material.
Perfect for making super comfy face cloth / face cover.
Very stretchy but does not shrink suitable  for longer usage that gives a comfortable and breathable feeling.
Also great for other project such as headbands, waistbands, skirts, sleeves, necklines, leg bands, wigs, underwear, pants, sportswear, crafting etc..
